All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our global fulfillment centers.

  • Standard Products: 2–5 business days.
  • Customized/Handmade Products: Because these items are crafted with care, please allow 7–14 business days for production before they are shipped.Β

3. Global Fulfillment

To ensure the fastest delivery, your order may be shipped from one of our international warehouses located in the USA, UK, Germany, or China, depending on your location and product availability.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

URUZX is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you notice an error, please contact us at support@uruzx.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once the package has been shipped.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately at support@uruzx.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. For packages marked as "delivered" but not received, please contact your local postal service for assistance.
