1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns

- Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- All tags and accessories must be intact.

- Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), URUZX will cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: For other returns (e.g., you no longer want the item), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., keychains with custom engravings).
- Final sale items or gift cards.
